Beverly Hougland - Chief Executive Officer |
Beverly Hougland has been with the Osceola Council On Aging for 22 years, first as a Program Director and then as Executive Director since 1990. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Eastern Kentucky University.
In 1998, Beverly received the Osceola County Distinguished Leader Award. |

Her professional associations include Florida Council On Aging, Local Board of Federal Emergency Management Agency, YMCA and the American Cancer Society. Beverly has been instrumental in Osceola Council on Aging's many awards including a Special Judges Award from Walt Disney World Company for services to seniors and the Golden Apple Award from the National Association of Nutrition Aging Service Providers. She is also a member of the Kissimmee West Rotary Club. | |

Connie Benca - Chief Financial Officer |
| Connie has been affiliated with the Osceola Council on Aging for the past ten years, first as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee and currently as Chief Financial Officer. She attended American Banking Institution at McMurray University in Abilene, Texas. She is a graduate of Leadership Osceola, class of 1999. |
